- ➤ Flint and Genesee Group will host its annual meeting on Wednesday, Mar. 25 at FIM Capitol Theatre in downtown Flint from 3 to 4:30 p.m. AMA President Dr. Bobby Mukkamala will deliver the keynote address and doors open at 2 p.m. for the public. MLive

- ➤ YWCA Greater Flint will host the International Women’s Day Luncheon on Friday, Mar. 6 at ELGA Credit Union Headquarters in Grand Blanc from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event (themed 'Balancing the Scales: Give to Gain') will feature a panel of women leaders and networking; tickets cost $20. - ➤ The Flint Symphony Orchestra will present Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark Live in Concert on Feb 28 at the FIM Whiting Auditorium. Ticket prices start at $33 for Genesee County residents and $46 for others. Mid-Michigan Now

- ➤ Mott Community College President Shaunda Richardson-Snell denied allegations of promoting religious views during a statement on Monday, Feb. 23, saying her comments represented personal beliefs and expressed respect for Indigenous people. Trustees approved a board statement that affirmed religious freedom and valued diversity on campus. MLive
