- ➤ DTE Energy informed about 260,000 customers that a processing error during the weekend of March 6 led to billing issues after many switched from credit cards to bank withdrawals. The utility fixed the error and regulators are reviewing the incident. MLive

- ➤ Flint Community Schools is seeking more than $8 million to demolish four long-vacant school buildings that have become unsafe centers for vandalism, squatting, and fires. - ➤ Thirty-six fourth-year medical students opened their envelopes on Match Day Friday, March 20 at the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine (Flint campus) amid cheers from family and friends. - ➤ Genesee County voters will decide on renewing a 0.93-mill arts and cultural enrichment tax on the Aug. 4 primary ballot, which will generate over $12.5 million annually from 2028 to 2037.
