- ➤ A Fireman's Ball held on Mar. 24 supported the Davison-Richfield Auxiliary by raising funds for its local programs. Community members gathered to back the charity's ongoing efforts. ABC 12

- ➤ The Lost World of Dragons exhibit will open May 16 at Sloan Museum of Discovery in Flint, offering interactive elements (including VR dragon flights and scavenger hunts) that will run through Sept. 13. MLive
- ➤ Davison High School students will showcase Michigan wildlife-inspired art as part of downtown Flint's ArtWalk on Friday, April 10 from 6 to 9 p.m. The free exhibit at the Dryden Building features sculptures, paintings and drawings created to raise environmental conservation awareness. ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ DTE Energy filed contracts for a contested case review of a new Google data center in Van Buren Township that will add renewable energy projects and grid upgrades to benefit customers over 20 years. The center will begin drawing power in December 2027, with a decision expected by Sept. 10. MLive
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The state wrote off a 10-year-old $2.5M loan to C3 Ventures Flint, which planned to turn water bottles into Tesla auto parts. The Michigan Strategic Fund board approved the write-off on Tuesday, March 24 after the company failed to meet required employment levels. MLive

- ➤ On Tuesday, March 24, Hurley Children's Hospital in Flint received donated copies of 'Niko in the NICU' from Randy Wise Automotive Group to ease parental stress in the NICU. The book - inspired by local authors' experience - shares the story of a baby turtle born early. Mid-Michigan Now
