Two candidates for Flint’s Third Ward City Council seat took part in a forum at Metropolitan Baptist Tabernacle on April 4 — AC Dumas and Richard Jones answered questions on crime reduction, youth gun violence, community-police relations, economic growth, vacant land use, water rates and government transparency.
