CULTURE NEWS

  • A new documentary titled 'Coming Home' follows Horace Peterson's story after a 1973 record store robbery led to a conviction that saw him spend 48 years in prison even though he did not pull the trigger—his strong family ties keep his story alive. The free screening is set for 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 22 at the C.S. Mott Foundation Community Room at the Gloria Coles Flint Public Library—followed by a panel discussion led by Jerome Threlkeld.  Flint Beat
