- ➤ Developers in Mundy Township began demolishing the Maple Creek Preserve neighborhood last week—homes built in 2004-2005 have been taken down as residents moved out and barricades block access; excavators and nonprofit partners reuse materials while preparing for a multi-billion-dollar advanced manufacturing plant to create thousands of jobs. - ➤ International Academy of Flint hosted its Rumble and Recognition assembly Thursday to honor middle school students for academic growth and Honor Roll achievements, featuring relay races + raffle prizes + inflatable suits to ease exam stress ahead of state tests. ABC 12
- ➤ A Ukrainian delegation visited the University of Michigan-Flint on Thursday to study occupational therapy as part of the Rehab 4 U project that aims to boost Ukraine’s rehabilitation services amid ongoing conflict. They will return to Ukraine on Saturday carrying new skills to share. ABC 12
