- ➤ The 6th annual Flint Soap Box Derby took place Saturday at the restored Cronin Derby Downs, where students built cars in STEM workshops and teams raced down the hill. The winning team will race at the All-American Soap Box Derby Championship in Akron from July 11 to July 18. ABC 12
- ➤ Visit Genesee County Animal Care (4351 W. Pasadena Ave) in Flint Township for pet adoption of Benedict and Starlight. Adoption fees are $40 for dogs, $20 for cats, and $65 for kittens, with a $10 extra dog license fee for Genesee County residents during business hours. MLive
