- ➤ Flint police are cracking down on illegal burnout vandalism at the former Buick City site where cars caused heavy parking lot damage in May estimated between $600,000 and $1 million—officers used surveillance footage to seize the vehicles and formed a task force to prevent further incidents. - ➤ The 58th Annual Flint Art Fair will be held on Saturday, June 14th and Sunday, June 15th in front of the FIA in Flint — local organizers expect the event to showcase a range of art displays and activities for residents. ABC 12
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Flint Fire Department surpassed $900,000 in ambulance revenue, nearly tripling its original projections and bringing ambulance response times down to about five minutes. City officials said the revenue will be reinvested in a public safety training facility on the north side and used to add a third ambulance—steps expected to further improve emergency response.
