- ➤ Mott Fest returned Saturday at Mott Park Recreation Area on Nolen Drive in Flint and offered family-friendly activities with live music, games, kids' sports, craft booths, food trucks, and a beer garden. Attendees enjoyed performances from DJ Ameer Rutherford, singer Millie Grasso, and the headline band Eclipse—organizers said the free event brought neighbors together. ABC 12

- ➤ Delano Burton II opened On the Bricks Food & Spirits in downtown Flint in mid-May and held a grand opening on June 19; the new restaurant offers upscale dishes mixed with street food like filet mignon, birria tacos, and unique turkey tacos.
