- ➤ Residents at Clover Tree Apartments in Flint Township are facing intense heat as the air conditioning has remained broken despite repeated reports, with some paying high fees for a cooling system that never works. The leasing office said maintenance was scheduled but no contractor has arrived, which has forced vulnerable residents to find relief elsewhere. ABC 12

- ➤ The University of Michigan-Flint College of Health Sciences is hosting a summer camp called 'Exploring Health Care Careers' for high school students interested in becoming first responders — the camp is a joint project with local emergency services, fire, and police departments, and it features an accident simulation to give students hands-on experience. - ➤ On Monday, June 23, 2025, the Genesee County Land Bank launched a new program that uses 48 goats to remove invasive Buckthorn from eight parcels near Ramona Park. - ➤ Flint’s new parking meter system is expected to be in service in three weeks or less, according to an official for the Downtown Development Authority.
