- ➤ Ashley L. Satkowiak, 42, from Bay County is scheduled for trial on Oct. 7 for allegedly causing a wrong-way crash on I-75 that killed two Genesee County men — no plea offers have been extended. MLive

- ➤ Today the 53rd Annual Sloan Museum Auto Fair is underway at the Sloan Museum of Discovery at Flint Cultural Center and will continue on June 29. Visitors can view rare historic rides, classic cars, motorcycles, and tractors—enjoy live music, tractor parades, and family activities as the event supports museum restoration efforts. MLive

- ➤ The Flint & Genesee Economic Alliance offered to buy Morrish Elementary School for $40 million as part of a plan to create an advanced manufacturing district, a proposal discussed by the Swartz Creek board on June 25. The board will hold a town hall at the Performing Arts Center on July 17 and will accept survey feedback until July 14 to guide its decision. MLive
