- ➤ The Fenton Planning Commission approved a site plan on July 24 for The Cleaning Authority’s new 11,395-square-foot headquarters at 983 Grant Street costing $2 million — the building will include space for up to five other tenants. Construction will begin this fall and finish by late spring or early summer next — the new headquarters will replace the current rented space at 3230 W. Silver Lake Rd. MLive
