- ➤ Bikes on the Bricks will take place downtown from Friday, Sept. 5 through Sunday, Sept. 7. The motorcycle show, marking its 18th year, will offer T-shirt sales, beer tents, live music and police-escorted rides—drawing riders and fans together for a busy weekend. MLive
- ➤ On Sunday, attendees enjoyed a dessert festival at Mott Park that ran until 8 p.m. and featured vendors offering free samples and full-sized treats while supporting Men Motivating Men Worldwide—a nonprofit focused on mentorship and community empowerment. ABC 12

- ➤ On Saturday, Flint City Hall hosted an overdose awareness event from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.—organizers displayed purple flags to honor lives lost and white flags to mark lives saved as part of harm reduction efforts.
