On October 11, fathers and children gathered at the Mott Park Clubhouse for the inaugural Dad Stroll, wearing matching shirts and enjoying trivia games, temporary tattoos, prizes and a free throw contest — organized by local groups including the Genesee County Fatherhood Collaborative and Involved Dad. Porsha Black from the Genesee County Health Department said the event celebrated fatherhood and offered dads a chance to share family support and resources.
