- ➤ Charlie B. Enterprises will host its 6th annual food giveaway tomorrow at noon at Bethel United Methodist Church in Flint — the event will provide meals to local residents. ABC 12
- ➤ At the 4th annual 100K Soirée, Flint honored its innovative thinkers, community champions, and small business advocates with awards. Hosted by 100K Ideas, the event recognized local contributors for their impact. Mid-Michigan Now
- ➤ The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints donated 40,000 pounds of canned and nonperishable food to FISH of Grand Blanc this week as part of the America250 program—this gift honors community support after the meetinghouse tragedy last month. FISH welcomed the donation as rising food stamp benefits increased local demand. ABC 12
- ➤ Kingdom Living Church in Flint will host a turkey giveaway (tomorrow) from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church on Hughes Avenue. ABC 12
- ➤ Flint surgeon Dr. Alison Kinning received the Physician of the Year award at the Arab American Heritage Council’s annual banquet on November 19 at Northbank Center Grand Ballroom—she noted that her volunteer work in Gaza and lifelong commitment to local patients made the honor very meaningful.
